Shipping policy
SHIPMENT:
- Parcels will be shipped domestically and worldwide using Royal Mail. All orders will be sent with full tracking information.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of confirmed payment. We will seek to communicate with you if there are any delays.
- The shipping fee will be included on the invoice.
- Within the UK: Delivery is estimated to arrive within 4 working days of dispatch however parcels could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived by this time, please notify us immediately.
- Worldwide: Delivery is estimated to take 7-10 working days from date of dispatch, however could take up to 30 working days to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived by this time, please notify us immediately.
- Any customs/import charges raised on overseas orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
- During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, the delivery lead time may extend due to the volume of parcels being sent through the post at this time of the year.
