First time felters will require the following tools to make this kit:

- Felting Pad, Needles & Awl (or sharp tool)

These can be selected from the options provided.

Goods must be returned to us within 28 days in an unopened, unaltered and undamaged state to be eligible for a full refund. 

The refund given for a return will be for the cost of goods + the cheapest shipping option (regardless of shipping service paid). Any customs charges paid to receive the goods will not be refunded.
