Using your Shupatto bag

• Avoid leaving heavy items in the bag while it is hanging for extended periods.
• Avoid sharp objects and dragging the bag, as these may cause damage.
• Take care when placing wet items inside, as colours may fade.
• Use the bag only for its intended purpose.

Washing and maintenance

• Refold the bag promptly after use.
• If the pleats do not fold neatly, realign them along the original crease lines before folding.
• Machine wash separately in a laundry net on a gentle, low-agitation cycle.
• Do not use chlorine bleach, fabric softener, a tumble dryer or an iron.
• Do not soak the bag in water.
• After washing, straighten the fabric along the pleat lines and lay flat to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

Goods must be returned to us within 28 days in an unopened, unaltered and undamaged state to be eligible for a full refund. 

The refund given for a return will be for the cost of goods + the cheapest shipping option (regardless of shipping service paid). Any customs charges paid to receive the goods will not be refunded.
