Warnings

Maintenance

• Fold the bag promptly after use.
• If the pleats do not fold neatly, realign them along the original pleat lines before folding.
• When washing, place the bag in a laundry net and wash separately using a gentle water flow.
• Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener. Do not tumble dry or iron.
• Do not soak the bag in water.
• After washing, straighten the fabric along the pleat lines and lay flat to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

We gladly accept returns on goods purchased. Please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery if you intend to return your order. The cost of returning undamaged goods will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Goods must be returned to us within 28 days in an unopened, unaltered and undamaged state to be eligible for a full refund. 

The refund given for a return will be for the cost of goods + the cheapest shipping option (regardless of shipping service paid). Any customs charges paid to receive the goods will not be refunded.
